Return Policy
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, as most of our products are spiritual, handmade, and often made-to-order. Please review your purchase carefully before placing your order.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
We offer exchange or replacement only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received a wrong product
To request an exchange:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.

Exchanges are not applicable for customized or personalized items.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline any exchange that does not meet our policy terms.
Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on purchases unless:

The product is out of stock or unavailable and cannot be shipped.

A valid issue qualifies for an exchange, but a replacement is not possible and a refund is approved by our team.
Important Notes:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not comply with our policy.
